i have bought several vehicles at this dealership and with the exception of a couple of stolen lights out of another vehicle i owned they have been great. i like it because it is close to home and they take pretty good care of us.

I purchased a Chevy Traverse for my girlfriend as we needed third row seating due to our children. Worked with Zac Eaker, who was helpful and didn't waste my time. Fair deal on the vehicle while offering to match my highest trade-in value from another dealership. Dealership did an excellent job in cleaning the vehicle despite buying it just shortly before the dealership closed.

Had a service appointment today for the very first time. Was very pleased and everyone was polite and friendly. Usually went to Ford Mace however I have no good reviews about them !!! If I ever need service on my car in the near future Clinton Chevrolet will be my go to place Ty 4 everything.

These 5 stars are submitted for T.C. Eaker and the 6 hours on Tuesday he spent getting us the truck we drove an hour to buy, despite complications and delays he was not responsible for, but for which he took control and initiative, bypassing stock BS excuses and advocating for his customers to the very top. We appreciate his persistence and definitely recommend T.C. to anyone looking at 500 Automotive!

Fantastic customer service! Called to get my truck looked at and they got me in the very next day. Called to let me know that they were not able to fix the issues with my truck since they are not a Ford dealer. Explained what they thought was the issue and suggested I call a Ford garage. Didn't charge me for anything. I will take my other vehicles here from now on! Top notch service!

Seem like good people
First of all let me start by saying I live in Missouri, central Missouri, about 4.5 to 5 hours from this dealership. I was on car gurus looking for a specific truck and just so happened to come across a beautiful 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.9 liter motor that I was after! I called the dealership and that’s where the great customer service started right with Jess. He worked really hard to get me a deal on the truck and treated me like he would treat his own family and I’m 2 states over! He didn’t have to sell to me or cater to what I needed but he did. That is a huge deal to me. So I put a down payment on the truck and headed on up there. As I got there is was raining pretty good but that didn’t detour Jess from coming out to great me with a handshake. This was very VERY low pressure dealership he wasn’t on my hip with a pen asking me to make number me happen or hovering over my shoulder at all. He gave me the keys and said take your time look it over and grabbed a temp tag to test drive. I ended up buying the truck and the finance guy (I can’t remember his name) treated me very well. First of all he cut me a check back and said I paid too much.... what the heck! What dealer says that?!?! Nobody at all!! But he did. I went super smooth I was in and out. On the way home my buddy was driving the truck and the windshield wipers stopped working.. nuts. I called and sent a video right away about 30 min after leaving. They said get it fixed and send the bill. After I got it home it started to make a an intermittent hissing sound from under the hood so I sent another video. I took it to the shop I regularly go to that I trust and they fixed what was wrong it ended up being darn near 500$. They didn’t try to say we won’t pay for all of it or ask if I could pay for half or deny it at all. They said ok thank you for sending the receipt and they paid for it no questions asked. This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many. Many many many. Too many. But I would gladly make another 5 hour trip up there for my next vehicle just to deal with a respectable dealership like 500 Auto!! Thanks guys A++ from me!!!
